Help Camera fps cap?

Right now I'm using my lg ally as a dedicated IP camera using IP webcam from the Playstore but when I view it using Tinycam, I'm only able to get up to 3-4 fps which kinda sucks.

So is there a camera fps cap on the lg ally or something? If so, how would I be able to higher it or remove it? The phone is rooted and running Stormdroid 2.

Hmmm, not really sure about that on the Ally.

Have you tried any 3rd party apps from the Market?

Giv eone of those a try and see if it helps. If it doesn't, maybe try another kernel for the phone. That FPS might be a result of the hardware if none of the above helps.
