Root CWM disappears?

I just followed gbiggies guide to upgrade and root and flash CWM. Now when I wipe data in CWM I lose it when I reboot. And have to re flash it. So I copied the cwm folder from external to internal. Is this correct? Or am I going to lose it again?

u have to move the contents in the folder to the folder on the external folder cwm that folder should have a date on it and now you want to flash that in cwm as the restore scroll down to that date and flash to system

But I flashed through Rom manager. The moved the cwm directory to internal storage. Would that have fixed it? I I didn't use adb to flash it

Are saying you lose CWM entirely whenever you wipe data
