2012 Camaro 2SS with Boston Acoustic system
2012 Cruze 1LT/RS With Pioneer system
2012 16 Gig white Verizon Galaxy S3 :D

I had the Galaxy Nexus by Verizon and I would connect to the USB port in the car and see all of my music through the radio head units and be able to browse and play with the car radio. I loved it and this was mainly what I used in the cars.

I plug the new phone into both cars and get displayed on the head unit something similar to "no compatible media found".

All of the MP3 music on the S3 was copied directly from the Nexus.

The phone is set in media device mode as pictured.

I'm really annoyed over this, have any of you seen this issue and found out how to overcome it? With the Nexus, I never had to configure anything, just jam the USB in and about 15 seconds later, the radio started running from what I had in the SD card. Life was grand!

Help please!

Did the nexus have MTP like the s3? I'm banking that the headunit(s) don'tt know how to read MTP. Might be a software app out there.

If the nexus does have MTP then i recant what i said.
