I wish i did, but no i just found it after looking through all the new apps for jelly bean that came out, but if i made an app i would definitely share it free with all of you.

Added something to the OP look above, something that is much needed if you want to know whats going on with your phone when the screen is off, well even with the screen on.

i cant seem to get the thing to work on holo

i couldnt use it either it only changed one icon and that was the play store I got a refund
