Help Galaxy Y won't start

You see, this morning after I opened this app "Cycamera" my phone hang, so i restarted it... but then after I did that... my phone kept restarting and restarting and all it shows was the logo Samsung then back from the start... but it never opens...I need help please... >_< my phone hasn't lasted from me for 4 months... and I've been using this with very much care, so I don't know why and what happened... hope there's still someway to fix it... I don't care if I have to reboot, reformat, restore or whatever... please HELP! T^T

how? since I can't start up my phone... it only stucks to the flashing logo of samsung...please help...

Do you have a backup?
clear data and restart.. then restore if you wish.
clearing data will definitely solve the problem if u dont mind loosing the settings and apps

Boot into recovery by Vol Up+Home+Power
navigate to clear data using volume keys and press the home button.. navigate to yes and press home button..
select restart.

yup already backed it up...

i've done what you said, and still the same... it keeps coming back and forth from the

"showing the model name"
"kinda like universe image"
then "the flashing logo of samsung"
after a few seconds,

it's back from,
"kinda like universe image"
then again "the flashing logo..."
and so on~

don't know what else to do...

I have the same issue here... I must have installed some app that is conflicting with te software... It keeps rebooting and rebooting. I tried doing a hard reset but it didn't work.

hard reset
1. Boot into recovery by pressing Vol Up+Home+Power at the same time..
2. Once reached recovery...use volume to navigate and home button to select.
3. select wipe user/data and.... yes...
4. select wipe caches and ... yes...
5. restart ur phone.

note: if still the above steps wont fix the problem. just pm me..

Hi there, that happened to my phone too. The one who is at fault is the CYmera app that you have used. When my phone keeps restarting like that, I search the net for some solutions and even did the hard reset but its no use. So my last hope was to used the so called "flash via odin". Try at your own risk nga lang. But if you're scared to do it then better take the phone to a technician. ^_^

Please help me fix my phone GALAXY Y. one of my apps has malfunctioned and it causes my phone to hang so i turned off my phone and take off its battery and when i tried to open it, it didnt turned on. i tried to charge my phone but was not charging. i tried to hold the power button + home button + volume up and down but still, it didnt work. what to do? help me. thank you.
