Is there an internet browser for Android that allows you to edit cookies?

The title is basically my whole problem. I need an internet browser for android that supports editing cookies individually, either built into the browser or available through an add on. I have only ever seen browsers that let you delete all cookies at once, but I need to either edit cookies individually or at the very least delete them individually. Editing them would be preferable, though. Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: Well, nevermind, I figured out a solution on my own. If anyone's interested, I used the SQLite editor from Speed Software on the Google Play store to find and edit cookies made by Chrome. It was way easier than I thought it would be, too, especially since I'm not at all familiar with computer programming. You do need to have a rooted device for this to work, though, and I'm honestly not entirely sure how safe it is to edit these files directly, but it looks like it worked for me.

I can't find any cookies, I know I have several of them in chrome.

I open sqlite and click on chrome in the apps list. one file is presented "snapshot.db", click it, 3 files presented "android_metadata", "snapshots", "sqlite_sequence"

All are empty except for metadata, it has two rows "locale" and "sv_SE".

Please tell me where the cookie files are supposed to be located.
