Help S3 and Bluetooth incorrect PIN/Password

I paired my S3 with a Plantronics M50 headset and it paired up perfectly the very first time.

My problem is that I unpaired the headset and while it still detects it fine, if I try to repair the headset I get a message with "Unable to pair with PLT_M50. Incorrect PIN or password."

I've tried going into the Application Manager and clearing the data and doing a force stop and restarting the phone but I'm having no luck.

Any ideas on how to fix this? It's not even giving me a chance to enter a PIN/Password, just instantly giving me the error when I try to pair.
