Galaxy S3 Watering Hole

I do hear good things about that. Me, I'm too cheap to change even if it does offer more.

Sometimes though, familiarity does breed contempt so never say never.

Does it allow encrypted backups and remote cloud storage?

The Pro version allows online backup to secure servers.

Castles not included.

I went with the One X (Sprint LTEvo), my brother with the SGS3.

One thing we have in common besides a love of old radio shows and Android was the strong impression that these new phones are so thin and light that they feel like a gentle breeze will waft them from our mitts and send them floating around like paper airplanes.

To me, the sexiest, most elite appearance in a phone comes from the way I roll. Rather than the thin dress-watch look, it's a type of fashion styling that I like to call Soviet Tractor Contempo. So I went with the Otterbox Defender. (If I could outboard galoshes on it, I would. :D)

It's not for everyone, but for those that think like me, that's beauty.

Sorry about the drop, happy for you that the damage was merely cosmetic. :)

I'm not a case guy... don't like the extra bulk (especially since I carry two phones).

It will only be a matter of time until another device catches my eye and if any serious damage occurs between now and then I have insurance.

Since the luster is gone... off came the screen protector:)

and just iike that my GS3 slipped out of my hand and landed on the edge of my MBP. MBP 1 - GS3 0  Nice nick taken out of my bezel:(

Arrrggghhh....

A little bit of me has just died :(

I've a defender coming from Amazon on Tuesday and the wife went for a commuter.

I'm paranoid about this little chap now.

My BB is a tank compared to the GS3. I dropped my BB in a Hertz parking lot this winter and didn't realize it was missing til later that night. It spent the night in a snowy parking lot and they found it when shoveling the next morning. I still have it and it still works.

Garbage device... but tough as nails.

Oh well... "even the Mona Lisa is falling apart".
