hey everyone after i

Now we need to get back into the bootloader.

To do that, type this in the command prompt:

Code:
adb reboot bootloader
Once in the bootloader (HBOOT) type (or copy):

Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
This now flashes TWRP 1.1.1 that we downloaded earlier.

Wait for that to finish, then type (or copy/paste):

Code:
fastboot boot recovery.img

my phone just takes a min to restart and then nothing i even tryed factory resting it and to wipe my phone and retry and that wont even wipe my phone what should i do

I would try booting into recovery from the boot loader. Pull the battery, place it back in, then hold the volume down key and hit the power, then scroll down one and hit the power key and see if the recovery comes up. If the stock recovery comes up just pull the battery and reboot it and restart step 5.
