Why Google voice Search not available with AOSP ROM?

When I use stock rom I can install Google voice search but now I have hybrid AOSP ROM, now when I try to install Google voice search I can't . There's no install button. Please check the screen shot. Why is that?

Yes Google voice search app available in the app drawer. Moreover if I search voice search app on play store its search result page display I have installed, but voice search app page nothing.

Actually this is not a photoshop trick. However Google voice search work, that's what we want. thanks friend help.
