I just purchased my Moto Droid last week. It has been great to this point with few problems. The one item I have not been able to figure out is as follows:

When I input an event on my corporate calendar on the Droid it does not sync back to my exchange server calendar. It works great in the other direction. Any thoughts or post you can point me towards. I could not find anything on this when searching the current posts.

I am connected to my corporate exchange server and am able to sync calendar, email, and contacts without any problems....I would suggest you remove the account and then add back... make sure you you check the boxes to sync Calendar and Contacts, if given the choice....

the only real issues are not unique to the Droid, but have been issues since Android was created....you cannot respond to a meeting invite through email, you have to wait for the invite to show up in your calendar, then accept/decline/tenative from your calendar...the other issue being that you cannot create a signature line for your email...

Let us know if you have any luck (or not)...

Make sure you are putting the calendar items on your Exchange "MOTO" calendar and not on your Google Calendar. I had a few users doing that by accident. The item will still show up on the calendar but never makes it back to Exchange because the Google Calendar is separate from the MOTO calendar (which is the one that syncs with Exchange).

Best of luck!
