Rom Installation:

Wipe Data, Cache, and system (optional but recommended, this will be the first question if you have FCs or random reboots)
Flash the ROM
Flash GApps
Reboot into the system (first boot will take several minutes)

I'm so tempted to flash this. I need camera and sd support, though...as soon as those are fixed this is replacing CM9 for me.

I might play around with it for a few minutes just for the hell of it. It's incredible that we already have working JB on this phone.

That happened to me on cm9 on my phone also. I had to download it from my computer and then transfer to my phone

i should have fixed that. im flashing some stuff and I will look at it in a bit. Its just a config issue that should be easy to fix

Then when its more stable I'm donating how long should the first boot take? I had been waiting for 20 for the first boot to load up am I in a boot loop

I've been running it for about 6hrs now and I think I'm gonna run all day tomorrow. Notice a few things already. Wi-Fi is kinda buggy. Speaker phone has like no volume what so ever. The ear piece is louder than speaker phone. Also when you use navigation or voice search, it can't connect on the 1st try. You have to make multiple attempts to get it to recognize your speech. And of course the stuff that's listed in the change log.
