Maybe I missed something--I thought you liked AT&T?
Who me?

Responce hidden so it won't take this thread too off topic.
They are okay, but I love Sprint, been with them for ages (I think 11 years now), had 4 lines with them but gave up one for the Note on AT&T. i just do not like having to look over my shoulder to see if I am at the bandwidth threshold. I like unlimited. And seeing the positive results from their LTE network Vision deployment from members that have LTE gives me a satisfaction that once it arrives in my town, I will be totally happy.

back on topic...
Its funny, I was totally excited about the 1st note, then I got excited about the Note 10.1, but this new Note takes the cake. i can't even find the words to express what i feel. I so look forward to Mr Ed's upcoming insights and for the device to be on all carriers (except verizon who decided to go for the Vu)

Dac?

If I have the tools required I can check. I know my head unit has usb in but is that what you are referring to?

Digital to Analog Converter. I mean it'd be cool if it worked with your head unit too but I'm referring to an external device that plugs in via USB to the Note and has an audio out. The device would be doing the converting of the audio file into analog instead of the Note 2 doing it, thus an external DAC. I may have read that the GS3 supports them, so I'm hoping the Note 2 will.

I don't have one of those :(

Motorola dock supports this for sure, which is one of the big things I loved about the Motorola vehicle dock in comparison to any other I've ever owned/used. The vehicle dock for Motorola phones comes with a microUSB charging cable that has a splitter on the USB end that also has a 3.5mm output adapter. Love having that.

And I have another question, if it's possible to answer when the test unit is in...how soon will all of these accessories be available?

Galaxy Note 2 accessories revealed - covers, pouches, S-Pens and more

Most importantly, I'd like to know what type of vehicle dock offerings there will be. I'm very big on vehicle docks and functionality of the vehicle docks. LTEvo has a good one this year. The MoPho and other Motorola devices have an excellent vehicle dock. The one that shows in that link looks to be an OEM universal, but I'm hoping that they actually make a dock with an integrated charging unit and digital to analog converter w/ a 3.5mm adapter, like you've stated, JunBringer.

As long as the delay doesn't take release past november, I'm fine with that. The wait is still gonna suck. If the Eclipse really is a beast that it's rumored to be, I may just go with that and get a samsung windows tablet to use for work.

Hello,

(1) Can you please find out if Verizon Wireless will be getting the Note 2? I have read that Verizon Wireless might not because they have had issues with the Galaxy Nexus and will have another device similar to the Note 2 to sell.

(2) When the Galaxy Nexus 2 comes out by the end of this year, wouldn't it be better than the Note 2?

I don't understand your (1). What does Galaxy Nexus have to do with Note 2? It's two different categories. Like you said, Verizon had quite bit of issues with Nexus with bugs, updates. Chances are they won't get the next Nexus, IMO.
Either way, it won't affect verizon releasing Note2. If they choose to pass on it, it must be for some different reason. but I hope they don't.

I won't know until he gets here.

So excited! I am here like 2 hours early

If anyone wants to volunteer...make one post with all of the questions above...that will help me a ton and save time

Here ya go...copied/paste to get all questions as best I could without having to reread every one again. :D

Does this mean Sprint is getting it?

anticipated release date and lte radio with quad or dual-core?

what price it will be available for on contract?

quad core and LTE are a go? Or, are they still going to have to swap out to dual core?

If possible could you get them to tell you more precisely the NA release date?

Note line of Samsung phones: is it a flagship?

how it feels holding or using the phone in comparison to the original?

Do you think the Note 2 will get the same level of advertisement like the SIII did?

On the Galaxy S3, the speaker grille is right next to the camera on top of the phone. The Note 2 has it on the bottom, like the Infuse and the Galaxy S2. Which position do you think is better: up top or down at the bottom?

if the camera on it has zero shutter lag?

Questions:
1) In the States are we getting the Exynos Quad 4, the MSM9860(dual core S4 w/Adreno 225), the MSM8960T(dual core S4 w/Adreno 320) or the APQ8064(quad core S4 w/Adreno 320)?
2) What is the release date for the States and what carriers are getting it?
3) Based on what you see when you get it, how much of an improvement is the new non-pentile screen versus the GSIII and the Nexus? How does it compare to the SLCD2 screens on the flagship HTC phones?
4) If Verizon gets it are they going to lock the bootloader down like the GSIII?

Will it support USB audio? Meaning can I have it plugged into an external DAC out of the micro-usb port and get the audio out from the external DAC?

Will they offer the 64gb Note 2?

With photos,
one can turn the photo around and write on the back of it, much like a real photo. Now when you send that photo to someone, would it be one photo only showing the front or two photos. One showing the front and one showing the back?

Digital to Analog Converter?

how soon will all of these accessories be available?
Galaxy Note 2 accessories revealed - covers, pouches, S-Pens and more

what type of vehicle dock offerings there will be.

So uscc isn't getting it huh?

if Verizon Wireless will be getting the Note 2?

The one you'd have in hand is in fact a Sprint version, correct?
