Galaxy S3 Watering Hole

Ah, he's simply an entertainer. And, I love the accent as I grew up not far from Fall River where he's from. :)
We don't have cable so we relied on the Create channel (part of PBS) for cooking shows. Great chefs and really fun shows, but for some reason it disappeared not too long ago. :(

Edit: Had a classmate who externed at Commander's Palace and one day he showed up (yeah, I guess he does visit his own restaurants). Was told he could not look at or engage with Emeril in anyway. Must have been a fun experience.

That's the original, they got a few now.

Edit: Trent ninja'd
But hey, Emeril went there! ;)

Was a pretty cool place, just wasn't my thing ( no offense ). I have my B.A. in Communications ( Electronic Media ). My goal was to be a news ( mainly sports ) anchor, but the $$$ sucks. People think b/c your on TV you make $$$, so not true. That's why I'm in the drug business ( legal, of course ).

I always laugh when a guy like that has an attitude.... and then you meet a REAL chef and they are the nicest person!!!!!

That's awesome!
There's graduation every 3 weeks at CIA so they churn out some "guest speakers". Well one week was Keller himself. Our dean was walking him around the school as I was leaving class. Had to do a double (triple) take to realize who it was. :)
Never got to meet or talk to him, but it was cool getting to see him at school.

He's a really nice guy. He did a demo at JWU while I was in school and I got to meet him. He also signed the hard cover of my "The Complete Thomas Keller". I haven't been to the French Laundry yet but I have eaten at Bouchon in Vegas a few times... reallly goood.

@BB, storm lasted maybe 15 min here, was pretty intense. Nice part is it cooled off considerably. :)

@Trent, did my externship out in Sonoma at Della Fattoria (bread bakery). They got famous for selling bread to the French Laundry before Bouchon opened. We got one of their bakers and he was AWESOME! Great teacher and a lot of fun (but tough too!). He talked a lot about when Bouchon opened and how chaotic it was. Can't imagine.
