Docking Clock

...the eris 2.1 build has a dock clock also that is pretty sharp, but has no auto-on feature
I like the built in clock because it shuts off all the buttons on the bottom and moves the clock around like a screen saver. I just put a widget on my homepage, plug the phone in, set it on my credit card doohickey, and touch the icon. Simple, yet very effective.

that what I had been doing, but I enjoy trying out new apps and testing things :D

so does the kaloer clock leave the softkeys lit?

I like the built-in clock, too. But no auto-on feature is a buzz kill for me.
I had Kaloer clock on 1.5 and never redownloaded it. It did not turn off the softkeys or the hardkeys. As for auto-on, it eventually bothered me, although I did use it. Whenever I plugged in the phone during the day it went to sleep mode. With 1.5 I had to recharge often but not with 2.1 so I don't know how I would feel now. I think if the apps would turn off the keys I would try them again. Maybe. At least after the OTA.
