Title : Samsung i5700 Open Source

Dear Samsung,
It has come to my attention that the Samsung i5700 Spica has been official released with Android 2.1 and a modified Linux 2.6.29 kernel. Based upon the reviews and news i have seen, the release was on or around March 16, 2010. The open source modifications for the Linux kernel 2.6.29 have not been made avalible on opensource.samsungmobile.com. Please advise if there was an official release and when we can expect the source code to be released per the GNU GPL v2.
Thank you,
Eric Lieberman
