Know any US website that sells HTC Desire unlocked or with no subscription?

i recently saw:
expansys.us - a little expensive
cellhut.com - cheaper but reviews doesn't look good, also does not
allow billing address to be diff with shipping address if credit card

any trusted website you know of?

I could and it's much cheaper from the UK but I didn't like what I've heard about our Bureau of Customs (PH).

I have a friend that uses a US mail forwarding service that sends the item to his Philippine address without the hassles caused by customs.
I don't mind paying our taxes (as long as its computed correctly), I just want it to be delivered to my address.

...although I might buy it from clove

Yeah but if you order from Clove/Expansys UK you will get taxed here, since they both use DHL. From experience, I got charged more than 5k worth of taxes for my Milestone shipped via FedEx, and DHL charges similarly from what I've heard. If that's alright with you then you can go with Clove. I'm going to go the Expansys HK + Longbeard route because I feel it will be cheaper anyway.

it's ok for me to pay UK tax since its clearly stated already on the price, its the taxes from our country that I doubt.

Are you guys cool with no 3g or am I missing something? My understanding is that there is no 3G US version support at this time and the closet we may get is the Telstra version since it will need to run on 850 Mhz.

He will charge you just the price of the phone plus shipping of PhP1500. He uses the BPI exchange rate though, when I asked it was 1 HKD = 5.99 PHP. I guess it depends. I'm still saving up for it.
