... or Google is.

For days now, the App Store has been showing a plethora of Gameloft games available for the
Boost Mobile Samsung SPH-D710BST [Samsung Galaxy S II 4G], and all of a sudden today those games are magically "not compatible" which is non-sense, since I own and installed most of those games on the device and they work perfectly. Also a plethora of user reviews reveal that they run perfectly fine on the device as well.

Gangstar Rio: City of Saints, Asphalt 6: Adrenaline, The Adventures of Tintin™ - The Game, Modern Combat 3, N.O.V.A. 2, GT Racing titles, BackStab HD, and a plethora of other titles are no longer available for no reason at all on Google Play, "Boost Mobile Samsung SPH-D710BST. This item is not compatible with your device."

I called Gameloft and they pointed the finger at Google, and per Google it's a developer responsibility.

Gameloft acknowledges the SPH-D710BST as an Epic 4G Touch and said the games can be purchased directly through their website and that any game updates would be pushed to the phone when available.

I really don't think Gameloft and Google get along too well. Possibly due to the fact that Gameloft rarely updates their games and the few updates they do have potentially, break the game.

It's like they literally think they can get by on their good looks. I swear they have guys from Infinity Ward over there (Call of Duty) lol. They just get plastered with bad reviews over their updates.

PM, I may can help you with some of those games.

Did you by chance change your screen density?... I remember on the warp we figured.out that changing the screen density magically made most.things in the market say not compatible. Even facebook. Have you been playing around with Any device settings that you didn't understand? Just trying to trouble shoot

I had a similar issue on the Prevail. I made a couple changes and even-though the phone still reported the same model some apps were gone from Google play, and were there again when i changed it back. It was funny to me that it would say it is not compatible with my phone and I had it running on it.
