... or Google is.
For days now, the App Store has been showing a plethora of Gameloft games available for the
Boost Mobile Samsung SPH-D710BST [Samsung Galaxy S II 4G], and all of a sudden today those games are magically "not compatible" which is non-sense, since I own and installed most of those games on the device and they work perfectly. Also a plethora of user reviews reveal that they run perfectly fine on the device as well.
Gangstar Rio: City of Saints, Asphalt 6: Adrenaline, The Adventures of Tintin™ - The Game, Modern Combat 3, N.O.V.A. 2, GT Racing titles, BackStab HD, and a plethora of other titles are no longer available for no reason at all on Google Play, "Boost Mobile Samsung SPH-D710BST. This item is not compatible with your device."
I called Gameloft and they pointed the finger at Google, and per Google it's a developer responsibility.
Gameloft acknowledges the SPH-D710BST as an Epic 4G Touch and said the games can be purchased directly through their website and that any game updates would be pushed to the phone when available.
