It's not done the remaining problems are just hard to fix. No one has got the camera figured out on Sprint or Virgin Mobile, VM handles MMS in a way that makes no sense so that's not working yet, 3D doesn't work on non sense based ROMs, and 4G is a work in progress. No point in updating if there's no new functionality to add.

Hi, I just switched from midnight to cm10. The last time I had cm10 installed, it was the Sept 7 version. That is the currently installed version I have. When I plug my cable into the phone from the pc, I cant access my drive from the pc. I even mounted the sd card to see if that made a difference, it didn't. How do I get my pc to recognize the sd card through my phone. When I was on midnight, all I had to do was plug it in for my pc to recognize it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if I am just updating to the current version, do I have to reflash gapps?? Another question, just to be sure, is this october version a continuation from the september 7 version I currently have installed?? The last time I flashed this cm10 version, jmz was still on AF, now that he is on VM Roms forum, is the current version the same rom or should I treat it like a new rom??

Agrabren does have the camera going. No MMS obviously, but I'm running it now with very few bugs.

whys that? I already asked him about sound when i first started and he told me to give him my stuff and he will do it. I don't care what he writes in his threads, he isn't about openness. If he was his github would actually be updated like mine. You can see my current progress on EVERYTHING. I hide nothing and share everything. I NEVER want to be the "only" guy.

Yeah, I can confirm that Disarmed Toaster has the camera working.

Sucks that the dev isn't about openness, but it's not really up to us to decide what he shares.

Either way, it works fine on Vanilla Kernel (Mac Kernel breaks the camera and Coolexe sucked my battery life). Not as good as JMZ's kernel though! And it was nice having CM10 developed SPECIFICALLY for the Evo V. So I'll be keeping an eye on jmz's CM10. I'll definitely give it a flash when the camera is fixed, and if MMS and/or 3D is fixed it will become my daily driver for sure.

Mac Kernel breaks the camera

I didn't do much testing, but my camera was able to open up on the MAC kernel.

Correct. I believe you just can't FLASH a kernel, but installation from the installer is fine.

Does anyone have any feedback as to why my PC doesn't recognize my phone when I plug the USB cable in. When I was on midnights rom, it would always recognize it. How come on cm 10 it won't ??

Cm10 bug, maybe? I've seen some posts about it over on xda in the CDMA cm10 discussion thread.

Like JMZ said, more details. Or full wipe and re-install.

Its in settings/ storage then the menu button to access it. It really needs a place of its own, instead of it being kind of hidden..
