Sandisk 32gb microsdhc adapter problem

Hello people,
I recently bought the Sandisk 32gb microSDHC. I am unable to connect it using the supplied adapter to the computer. But my old plain adapter works fine! Also I am using an old card reader. Do i need a new card reader? or do i need to install some drivers?

I bought the same one. The adapter is kinda a piece of junk, so you have to be careful of how you put the card into it. Put the adapter into the computer first, then put in the SD card, you might have to move it in or out some to get it to connect correctly. You'll see it come up on the monitor when it is in correctly.
