New Galaxy Note

I just bought a Galaxy Note and would like to change the row of Icons at the very bottom of the Home screen. I would also like to change the icons that are at the top when I pull down the screen from the top. If this is possible I sure would like information on how to do it.

To change the icons of the very bottom row, you can follow this guy's instructions:
Tips How/can you change the bottom row of apps?

However, the toggles from the pull down menu cannot be changed unless you flash a modification or a new rom.
