I've seen other threads on the topic, but the root cause isn't the case for me. I had never had any resets or shut downs with either version of ICS(phone has been totally stock since purchase btw). But since day one of the Jelly Bean update, I've been having at least one shut down a day, and also a few random resets that I wouldn't even have notice happened if it weren't for me being OCD and checking my phone every few minutes and noticing the load screen is up.
My shut downs have nothing to do with a lose battery, it's happened with both my extended battery and the stock battery, both with applicable battery doors, and I tried using some shims to make sure both were quite secure. It's still happening, and it's pissing me off.
I've also tried a factory reset, no dice.
Any Ideas? Has Google or Verizon address this at all?
