Can't get back to current call.

I am using 2.3.4 stock on a Transfix. When I call someone and put the phone up to my ear I hear a beep and when I look back at the screen I am back in the contacts list and I can't get back to the screen with the current call. If I go to home and press the phone button I get taken to a screen to make a new call (which won't actually work since I am already on a call). The green phone icon in the notification bar is gone so I can't get to it from there either.

This also happens with the alarm clock. The alarm goes off so I pick up the phone and slide the unlock button and there is nothing there or in the notification bar so I have to pull the battery to make the alarm quit.

I have no experience with the issues you've described. Since people here are generally quite willing to help, my guess is that no one who read your post had anything helpful to offer.

Well that was helpful. Guess I know where not to go for questions.

If you're going to make a statement like that, maybe you should re-read your post. You pretty clearly described two (seemingly related) issues you're having, but you didn't actually ask any questions.
