Well, that kinda sucks. The NFL wasn't part of my decision to go with Sprint, but I am a rabid football fan, and it was nice to have.

The Sprint App and NFL Network on Sprint TV are all related to Sprint losing their NFL Contract to Verizon.

The Sprint NFL App was rolled out so Sprint could remove all things associated officially with the NFL, logos, video highlights etc.

Sprint also had to remove the NFL Network from it's TV line up most likely due to the wording in the Verizon Contract.
