Thanks to djrbliss, It is now possible to root Boost's Motorola XPRT and Sprint's XPRT recent GingerBread Update. Please thank him.

Be careful with what apps you remove from your device.
You can remove apps with "Root Uninstaller" from the Play Store.
Remove only Apps and not components until we get a safe list of apps that can be removed.

Is there a guide to rooting boost's xprt, I bought this for my little bro and I want to know if there's a custom rom out there at least. It's an ok phone but it needs a bit more support. So it says it's 2.3.5, which I think is froyo, is there anything we can do to get something better or is this as good as it gets? Any honeycomb update we can implement? lol I'm just trying to breathe a bit of fresh air on it.

Honeycomb is meant for tablets.

2.3.5 stock is Boost Mobile's Motorla XPRT, it is gingerbread.

There are no custom roms meant for Boost Mobile's xprt.

The best you can do is delete unneed junk apps like Google+

There is a list somewhere of safe apps to delete.
