Since some people were wondering I thought I would make the post about what is in the box and what box it is.

AT&T orange box, USB cable, charger, battery, phone, and manual. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1352395803.636761.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1352395816.386218.jpg

Have started it yet but assuming the box doesn't look so new because of opening for sim insertion.

Curious why AT&T would not include earphones. Is THAT why it took them so long to launch this phone! If so, that's crazy. And that orange box.....seriously!!!! Everyone else got the pretty white box.

They're as bad as Verizon when it comes to branding; but the earphones, that's just despicable! I had believed for the longest time you'd get them because even on Sprint site they don't show earphones as an in-box accessory but they were there.

No surprises here

At least we get a 2amp charger.

AT&T is very specific in the packing list of what is included with the phone.
- and each of the Carriers negotiate with Samsung on every minute feature of what to provide, and what to omit.

They do sweat over every last penny. They figure the tech savvy owner of a Galaxy Note 2 will simply use his preferred headset.

And who here doesn't already have a drawer full of headsets ?

In today's economy - you only get what they say on the web site
- no more / and no less.

I like the way they show the S Pen as an included accessory!
