As I understand it, the next update should be 4.1.2 which, according to a 5 second internet search, contains bug fixes as well as improvements to performance and stability. But I don't think anyone has a clue yet as to when this will be released by Samsung. My money is on them jumping straight to 4.2 instead. The only bug I've found with 4.1.1 so far - and it's a trivial one - is that the default keyboard reverts to being the stock one every time the phone is restarted.

Yes and No

4.1.2 is the next Android version. There have been about 19 Samsung builds based on 4.1.1

This is why it depends what fix it is the OP is looking for.

If the bug is Google related, yes it may be fixed in 4.1.2

If the bug is Samsung related, it may be fixed in XXDLJ6. It may already have been fixed in XXDLJ5 or an older release (We don't even know which release the OP is on).

Here's a bit more on 4.1.2 although, as SUroot has pointed out, what will happen for each S3 variant, let alone each different carrier in each different market, is a big unknown. I was delighted with my ICS S3, then was pleased to get Jelly Bean, and now struggle to find any significant issues with it so, from now on, it's just Icing On The Cake ™. (Watch it Google, that name is now mine!!!)
