I got the Vikuitit DQC-160 screen protector , but there appeared to be some sort of dust/fluff stuck into the sticky side of the protector . I'm not sure whether this was there at the start or if it got stuck to something on my Desire but I already ensured the screen was clean . It means that when I put the protector on there are air bubbles around these bits dust which aggravate me . Is there any way to get these off the adhesive side of the protector ?

Vikuiti DQC-160 screen protector for HTC Desire: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo

Thanks .

A bit of research shows that the Vikuitit DQC-160 screen protector is about the best there is. I see from the review on Amazon that the reviewer found it was the wrong size (3.2" instead of 3.7"). Did you find this? If so I would ask for a refund.

I'm interested because I was about to buy one. I've tried the cheapest (see above) and now I would like to try the most expensive.:D

I have just fitted the Vikuitit screen protector and the fit is excellent. (its got the Desire label on the packet) Very difficult to see once fitted and really crystal clear. When fitting, make sure to be in as good a dust free area as possible, as static seems to love sticking to these devices. :(
Its a quality piece of kit, I ordered direct from Germany (8.95euro), came in 4 days.

I agree. The Vikuiti is cheaper than the Martin Fields (although there is no film for the camera). It applies very easily as it is quite stiff. Put a bit of soapy water on my fingers and one edge of the the film when applying. No bubbles. No dust. Fits very well (even accounting for the slight curve to the top of the screen). It is as smooth and as clear as glass. No problems using Swype with it! The edges haven't come away or bubbled, and there is no sticky glue seeping from the edge to attract dirt (unlike the InvisibleShield).
