At first I thought $55!!!!! Is it made out of gold!?? And then I saw the features lol. I wonder if the AMOLED screen will be visible inside the car on sunny days... hopefully someone will provide feedback regarding this once they've gotten theirs and have tested it out!

Seems like a sweet dock. Would the Desire fit in it? Its bigger but only by 0.2mm - 0.4mm which shouldn't be a problem. Just hope the USB port is in the same place.

unlikely to charge the desire. This car charger uses Google's Nexus Three pins to charge the device, not the USB. It's similar to the charger on the desktop dock.

I have a Brodit powered car mount and use Copilot8. No issues with the screen so far which is used at 55% brightness.
