Root ICS Troubles..

Finally took the OTA update to ICS after fighting it for so long.. Just as i suspected, i have a host of issues.. Rooted via razr

  • Bluetooth constantly dropping out. Just like it did with the leak, for me. I can't seem to find ANY fix, anywhere out there. I need my bluetooth, i use it for so many things.
  • Significantly slower than the leak was. Ugh.. The leak was ultra snappy, and this is constantly bogged down. Everything takes twice as long
  • Lots of FCs. Seems unstable.
Now, i thought about FDR'ing and starting from scratch.. however.. i'll still have the bluetooth problem. I'm thinking of unrooting and going to verizon to see what they say.

So few questions:

1. Can i unroot via razr also? If not, how do i? Should i delete titanium or any other "root only" apps?
2. Would verizon actually be able to do anything about the bluetooth issue? Would they swap out a different phone perhaps?
3. Lastly, my screen is broken. Think they'll hold that against me?

There are a lot of strange issues when going from GB to ICS (even going from a leaked ICS with the old security i.e. 6.7.232 or before) and a FDR will fix most of them. I did my own unofficial experiment and flashed my modified 6.7.246 keeping my data coming from 6.7.232. After 2 weeks I did an FDR and notice vast improvement from battery, connectivity and a host of other issues were gone. Since your screen is cracked Verizon will probably not warranty it but you might get lucky. I would do a FDR, sign in, go to play store and accept the EULA and allow your apps to download. When it is done connect your bluetooth device to check how the connectivity is. If there is still no change you can flash the full 6.7.246 (which will return your Bionic back to completely stock just like it came out of the box with ICS) to wipe any of your personal information and bring it in to Verizon and see what happens.

I did read a while back a court ruling that a problem in one are (cracked screen) will not void a warranty for a separate issue A(bad bluetooth). I can look for it but to be honest it would be a stretch if they would honor it.

If you come across it, that'd be great. I could at least try to call customer service about it. But, dont go out of your way.
