Facebook app to allow photo comments directly posted

I'd like to snap a photo on the Eris and upload to Facebook with a comment. It seems the built-in app that came with the Eris doesn't allow comments to be posted. I tried Bloo, which does allow comments, but the photos don't appear in Facebook until I go to my page and approve the photos. Am I missing a way to comment with the built-in app, or a way to have the photos appear without special approval with Bloo? Or is there a better app for this.

This just doesn't sound right.

With my Eris, I go to my albums. Then I pick camera shots. And then, it doesn't matter which photo is front, I just click the "share" button, the one that looks like a small circle with two arrows pointing away from it. Then it asks where I would like to share them, and facebook is one of the first options. So I push facebook, and then it should take you to a list of you camera taken photos, and you select which ones you want to upload, and once you're done with that and push 'upload', it takes me to another screen where I am able to add a caption to each photo. You should have this if you have an Eris.

Hey, I never tried doing that without selecting a photo first, so I didn't know I could select multiple photos! That's awesome!

For clarification, on my phone (2.1v2) I had to click "Facebook for HTC Sense" as the share option instead of "Facebook".

Okay, here's the deal with the built-in app. If I snap a photo, then immediately click the share button and select Facebook, in jumps to the album-selection screen, then uploads when I click Done. There is NO option for adding a caption. The only way I can figure to add a caption is to go through a lengthy process...snap, album, share, Facebook, scroll to fine, tap to select, touch next, then finally get to where I can enter the caption, hide keyboard, tap done, select album, tap done.

Why in the world would the caption option be missing when you want to upload directly after taking a photos. To post a photo on the go that would be a whole lot faster than waiting on the album, scrolling through to find the photo you just took and selecting it before you can continue.

I agree with jvolzer, its not the most efficient. That being said, i generally find myself snapping a few (or several) pics then uploading them all at once, which is fairly convenient using the album.
This thread really does highlight the need for a quality native Facebook app for android.

By the way, I did get Bloo to post directly without having to approve the photos. I think I had to confirm through the Bloo interface on the phone though. I was previously looking for a place in regular Facebook from the PC to allow the posts from Bloo. I do like the native app better for uploading though, as it seems a little faster, so I hope the next version allows comments when you tap upload right after snapping a photo rather than having to go to the album and find and select first. Thanks all!

Oh, I didn't realize that the built-in Facebook uploader is NOT the same as the official Facebook app. I've downloaded the official Facebook app from the market and can now add caption before uploading directly after taking a photo. It uploads in the background, so I don't have to wait around if I do want to take another (unlike Bloo where you wait on the progress bar as it uploads).

Question: When I snap a photo and click the share button, I now see two "Facebook" options. One is the built-in uploader, and the other is for the Facebook app. Is there a way to remove the first choice, or at least change the text so that I can tell the two apart?
