Spigen Aluminum Home Button!!! to cover the Verizon logo Just arrived!

You can use some Goo Gone to get the adhesive off, but the Verizon log might rub off too.

I don't think that will happen as I think the logo is etched into the button which by the way is the better way to do it because no one wants it to start rubbing off in a few months. Then it would look really bad. I'm with the others who have already posted that they don't mind it or kinda like it. I'm right there with them. Don't mind it and actually don't even notice it..... I just press the button. I never look at it to find it and press it, I know where it is

I am still confused as to why Spigen would come out with these in colors that the phone does not come in? Just give us white and titanium button covers. They give us freaking PINK but no white. Unreal.

Choice. Although a simple email asking them may help people better understand why white isn't an option.

As soon as I ordered the decorating buttons I sent them a separate email asking them why the white color is not available and is the color that i prefer...I got a reply a couple of days later and below is their response:

"Dear Carlos,

Thank you so much for contacting us here at Spigen SGP!

We appreciate your interest in our products.

We currently do not have any definite plans to release other colors for the Home Buttons for the Note 2,
but if we are able to get enough customer interest, we can definitely bring it up to our developers as a strong suggestion!

Please check out our Facebook and Twitter for more information!"

I think if they offered an exact match on the color of the white phone and it is not "silvery shinny" i would leave it on.....but for some reason I just didn't like the buttons....

^^^

you think????

Yep...I do. When you think of it, there are 2 colors the Note 2 comes in- Titanium Grey and Marble White yet Spigen comes out with pink, silver and black. Not to be outdone, they have the same colored aluminum buttons for the iPhone.......imagine that.....they didn't get white either.

I don't know.....I just feel when a company does something they either need to go all in or not at all and not producing a white cover wasn't going all in. Just doesn't make sense to me.

Here's an idea, for those of you that might not have thought about it.

Create a custom Zagg skin for the back of your phone:

http://www.zagg.com/personalize/designer/index.php

Using the material excess available, just custom cut an oval that you can stick on top of the logo. Simple and unobtrusive.

And so you get a precise cut, just take a piece of paper and trace around the button before you cut it on the excess film. If I were on Verizon, I know I'd do that. It's only $10 more than the button thing and even better, your button will match the color of the skin that you created.

so you gonna keep it on? is it hiding the Verizon logo??

Yeah, never left it without a case. I usually use my tpu case because it's easier to put on than the two piece cases I have. I usually need to take the case off when replacing batteries or connecting to a car dock.

I'm certain it will cover the Verizon logo, even though I don't have that logo, I'm with Sprint. :D
