Welcome to AF Joey!
I moved your thread here so you can get more specific device help.

Have you tried a battery pull?
Do you get vibrations at all for anything else?

Hey Joey,
I was thinking about this on the way to work...don't know if it will work, but worth a try.
Turn your phone on.
Go to the Play Store on your computer, and find a Launcher like GoLauncher and choose "download to my device" (or something like that)
Wait a few minutes for it to hopefully download :)
It will download and install it on your phone.
Then try to press the home button to select GoLauncher as your launcher

Edit: sorry, I replied to the wrong thread :p

How old is the device?
It could just very well be that the vibrator motor has gone out.
Now, I have had that issue on my device, and I am not recommending this, but you can try it....I took my phone in one hand and smacked it on the palm of my other hand and got my motor to work.

Like I said, do that at your own risk :)
Edit: just use your discretion on how hard to smack it :p

Does the symbol that its in silent & vibration mode visible in the notification area on the top. I know this sounds like a dumb question. The reason I asked this is that my phone, when I shook my phone gently left to right (when facing upwards), it went into silent mode & the vibrator symbol came on in the notification bar when I asked Samsung about this they were stumped, when I mentioned this in forums most reader suggested it was a physical fault but if it was so then why would the symbol come on (in my case)?
