Samsung Galaxy Note 3!!!

I'd rather have a smaller phone with the same size screen, than a bigger one or even one the same size with a bigger screen.

As it is, I can almost use it great one handed; the top half-inch or so of the display is just out of thumbs reach.

I believe that they are putting out a 6.3" device, but I don't think it will be the Note 3. The Note 3 is likely going to be 5.8" with Razr M like edge to edge screen. This 6.3" phone will be a whole other line.

The first point here is the reason I think the second might have merit and the rumor might be mostly false. If the Note were to remain one hand usable to the degree the current one is you would need a different device for the bigger size.

If you add a size though I think you goto 7" or so and drop the ear speaker in favor of headset or speakerphone use only to save on overall size and pocketability. 6.3" will be too big for one handed use and a bit silly looking up next to the noggin also, but not really into a size realm that really starts to change current pocket options the current Note's fit. I think you may as well goto 7" near bezelless if this pocket size thing is the biggest driver.

I know a lot of people like to call the Note 2 a "phablet", it's really a big phone. I hold it to my ear to make calls and after a while, it doesn't even feel that big. I use it with one hand 80% of the time. And it's still too small to do some of the things I like to do on my tablet comfortably, like read comic books or use remote desktop.

A 6.3" device, OTOH, would be a tablet that can make calls. It's simply not a phone any more.

Once you approach that size it is not only pocketability that becomes impractical, but even belt holsters would be too gangly to work. If it can't be easily stuck in a pocket or worn on a belt, it becomes useless to me and many others.

If I want a huge device that I need a breifcase or backpack to hoist around...I'll get a full sized device. This rumored form factor holds no interest to me.

YES!!!!! bigger is better
Then You'll LOVE this!
a 6.3" thing that won't be comfortable in a pocket or on a belt will be just as attractive as this ol' bag phone
