Anyways my computer wont let me install RSDLite so i cant sbf. Is there another way to fix this?? All help is greatly appreciated because its not my phone! BTW i can get into stock recovery and all that using vol up an down + power

Did you wipe data/factory reset in recovery before you restarted the phone? If not, and if you cannot get into CWR, you could try that in stock recovery - there is an option for wipe data/factory reset.

Also, which CM9 ROM did you install? Do you have a link? It's quite possible that it requires Safestrap in order to run (if it requires a kexec kernel extension.) If you provide a link to the CM9 ROM that you installed...

Otherwise, you may need to find a computer that runs RSDLite.

Just curious
1) is it your phone?
2) why can't you install RSDLite?
