Root {ROM}(WIP)Cm9 [SUPER ALPHA]

sacred, the camera works fine for recording. it is the still pictures that cause issues. thats were the fast burst camera comes into play, and i think it would be better for you because it lets you capture pics really quick. so if you are taking pics you can use the fast burst to capture it all. and there is also a feauture within the app that lets you create gifs. sure you cant focus on free version but the paid app is worth it my friend

I didn't know about the .gif part of Fast Burst, but I did try to use it for a while, but most of the time the pics I try to take are in low light situations and the camera on OA barely cuts it. Makes me REALLY miss my Evo. I know I can use the video part, but I guess I'll just stick with OA until CM7 comes around. IF it does lol

People talk about req0 like a myth. 0.o
I have not personally talked to req in quite some time, and don't know anyone who has tbh.
Being realistic ; don't get your hopes up for a rebuilt cm7, unless someone that's active here decides to rebuild it. :-\

i dont think anyone here has knowledge on making CM7 though. its better to just make do with have we have. the Admire has a good base for many roms so i cant complain myself. if Req does come back and finish CM7 than great but if her doesnt than thats too bad. there will always be something better down the road like the Motion or SIII. Req has done a great job so far with his contributions to the Admire community.

CM7 Is A Pretty Tricky Rom. I Wish Someone Could Keep This Rom Going, But I Won't Give My Hopes Up For It

CM9 Might Be Back Into Full Effect :D

True true lol but I really think getting CM7 fully operational is best at the moment. CM9 is still quite a stretch for the Admire, so far its bootable and calling works. Thats a phone when cellphones first came out lol CM7 is pretty stable-ish and workable but very buggy. Seeing how the Admire is my first Android, ive never had CM before but trying it out I was really amazed with amount of internal storage the ROM had. In my opinion every ROM should be like that if possible lol ;) CM7 has very useful components and im sticking with my Admire for awhile, not upgrading to a new phone just yet.

I Love The CM ROMs. They're Awesome. My First Android Phone Was The Ascend & I Used To Get Frustrated With It. Until I Started Learning To Root, It Have Me Sigh Of Relief From The Slow Moving Phone. I'm Keeping The Admire Since I'm Getting The GS2 From Boost Mobile. As Long As They Get CM7 Or CM9 Working, I'm Happy :D

I'm sorry if this is out of line. I am looking for some admire files and notice you have one listed in your devices. might you have some admire roms/files you could share/mirror. I have been having a lot of trouble with old links/hosts as of late. thanks for any assistance if possible.

Try killahbean (my fave <3), CTmod, bo has made some ROMS you can use, and if you go to admire- all things root forums you can find many more.

If you gotta thank me don't say it. Just hit the button.
