Root [wip] what can be flashed through recovery

Well I've all ready gotten the ball rolling by flashing the 4.2 keyboard. It works

Steps for installing:don't forget to backup everything and anything that could be deleted in the process.
1:download flashable package
2.boot into recovery (if on stock, only use the 2ndinit app or the method ayyybeee developed. With cm10, use the power menu option)
3.click down to install zip from SD and install the package from your memory. (Press home to switch to external memory)
4.once installed go to advanced options and click on format dalvik.
5. Once dalvik is wiped, press the back button (do not use the restart option from the advanced menu, it will format your phone) and go to memory and wipe cache.
6. Go make a sammich, you deserve it.
7.reboot your phone and try your new functions out.

What doesnt work:

I have flashed Sony Walkman from pimp my ROM and it sounds great. Just back up just in case you don't like it. idk how to remove.

pimp my beats - Gives you a redesigned dsp manager with an even clearer beats bass effect, much love from androguide.fr for bringing this addition into the game.

Bravia 1-2: it wont give you a retina display, does not mean it is fatally useless. The bravia engine is meant to bring out the life in a picture by focusing and naturalizing color. Bravia 2 when i find a good copy, should make that effect more noticable and pleasent.

Ac!d mod takes a good majority of the work out of perfecting audio output, for audiophiles its perfect for the expanded equalizer included in poweramp which can give you that final touch needed for the "front row" feel youve been looking for. Acid mod version 7 includes an amazing amount of progress, my favorite being the modded volume bar with close to 16 notches allowing you greater control of volume.

S3 touchwiz: very bad idea, if flashed and set as default will result in fc lock-down. If this happens just turn your phone off, press and hold the volume down hard-key while powering up the phone to boot into safe mode which will lock your phone to factory mode. Factory mode sets everything back to stock defaults (sms, phone, contacts, browser and home launcher) to give you use of your phone in a controlled sandbox state.

Pmr - pimp my ROM: takes a large part of the guess work out of modifying your phone, PMR includes build.prop and sys.CTL tweaks by the boatload, some of these tweaks do not work with all phones.(namely many of the internet tweaks) in the situation that you overload your system, make sure you keep a backup and you know how to adb push build.prop.

Xloud + clear audio : Xloud gives all media volume a boost without murdering clarity, clear audio helps out further by giving further seperation of your highs and lows, making the twang of a bass guitar reverberate in your skull or giving a finger shredding riff studio quality.

I thought so, reflash the firmware and use the zip package from pimp my rom. That is sure to work.

So the walkman + clear bass combo only works from certain developers, im cross-checking all releases for potential troubles, will add walkman and bravia 2 to op after more testing

I boot looped bravia 2. Im sure i didnt wrong because i couldnt find the line to change in build prop nor the b_file i.had to delete from etc.

for bravia 2 to be installed on a none sony phone, you actually have to have bravia installed and then make the adjustments. my motion actually had the lines in the build prop and all I had to do was add a 2.

Clear base, you'd install like you would any zip package without recovery. Drag, drop and fuse folders.

Open up the zip file, everything automatically goes into system. Libs go in the lib folder, apps in the app folder. So on so forth.

It doesnt make everything look better, just image files. Bravia is used to seperate colors to bring out the life in the picture. Or for you hippies, it makes the colors more natural.

Well i just ran through on the bravia engine install, i installed the whole thing without cmw. I just tried the install on cmw only to find out that the tweaks package works but not the bravia package, but without the bravia package, you fall into a boot loop... im removing the link until bravia is streamlined.

I have a two posts regarding the walkman audio player and equalizer.

For the install abortion issue, that one has been present since the first time i flashed it. I think something in our cmw is incompatible with the zip package.
