Help Working with music files on my S3?

Hoping to get some help. I have quite a few music files that I'd like to organize into playlists on my S3. This seems like it should be easy to do, but I have yet to succeed. :(

I don't particularly care which player I use. I simply want to be able to organize the songs into playlists, and even within the playlist (ie the order of the songs within a playlist). If there is a thread about this already, please feel free to link me (a search didn't pull one up for the S3 specifically). TIA!

Since I have so many files, the first thing I was hoping for was to be able to do it on my PC and simply transfer it to the phone (moving files around with a mouse is obviously much faster and easier than adding songs one by one on the phone). I tried this with Kies, but while I was able to make the playlist, I wasn't able to organize the songs within the playlist. Furthermore, once transferred to the phone, while the songs were there, I couldn't find the playlists... not sure which player I'm supposed to use for playlists created in Kies.

Yeah Kies is a pretty worthless software, I've never been able to get it to do anything.

I use Media Monkey but you can use iTunes as well, or many other programs like Winamp, etc. If you use iTunes you can use Doubletwist with Airsync to transfer over your music and playlists, most people seem to like it. Mediamonkey is a bit more complicated but after I figured it out I liked it better.

Honestly, the stock Music Player is the best tool I have found to create Playlists. With it you can simply assign a whole folder to a Playlist. What I do it just connect to my PC, create a new folder on my SD Card (usually one artist or type of music or whatever) and then go to the stock Music Player under the "Folders" heading, long press on the folder I just created and select "Create New Playlist". Viola.

That having been said, I don't particuarly like the stock Music Player for actually *playing* the music. For that I use Winamp with the Album Washer plug-in. Very easy to use and with the plug-in, adding album art to each song or group of songs is a snap.
