wipe your cache's and clear data of playstore

I've wiped the data for Play, uninstalled it and reinstalled a previous backup from 2.6.1, essentially the same Play.

by the looks of that image, you are trying to restore play store data of an oplder version of play store, but the rom contains the latest version already, there is absolutely NO NEED to restore google play store data from TIBU anyway... so why are you doing this to yourself?? lol

try wiping data and or uninstalling any update you have for it, then re flash the rom, then wipe cache & dalvik!! i promise you it should work after that!! do in that exact order!! lol

1-wipe play store data
2-uninstall ANY play store update
3-reboot to recovery, flash #2 ROM
4-manually wipe cache & dalvik cache
5-reboot!!

Wiped the cache from Play and Play Services, rebooted.
This I had done before.

The extra bit was to UNMOUNT SD Card and REMOUNT.
That tip came from Google.

I've had this happen when I installed the new ROM update over the previuse ROM. Try reinstalling the ROM.

Been lurking about for a year or so after a flurry of learning a lot from this community.
It's people like you that really make this place the #1 spot for twistin and tweakin our Android devices.

Oh wow that'll be awesome when we get that. On another note data speeds and stability seem to be worse since the latest update. It might be because of Christmas and maybe more people are using the network or something. But data feels sluggish. Finally, Merry Christmas!!

Edit: I lied it's just metro. I installed another ROM but the same slow speeds persist.

I noticed something when I restarted my phone last night, when the phone comes back on and its charging the aosp lock screen will say charging and give percentage, it'll stay for a sec and disappear and won't show again same with the clear all button in the notifications at first it'll say clear and then change to an X and never say clear again
