Seatbelt Sign

I hate to ask for this but I'm fairly desperate. I've given it my best go using Eclipse to no success and none of my friends have had any experience writing apps.

I'd like to make a simple app that imitates the seatbelt sign on a plane. Basically, it starts with the 'off' image of a seatbelt sign. You press anywhere on the screen and the 'on' image replaces the 'off' while the classic seatbelt chime plays. You press again and it just reverses the process to the start. A resolution of 1280 by 720 would be great. All necessary resources including images and sound are attached in the zip. Not too complicated right?

I would so greatly appreciate it if someone took the time to make this for me, or even just get me started! I'm just disappointed I wasn't able to get this done myself...

Fair question - very definitely personal use.

I'm aspiring to be a commercial pilot and so in the past I've joked with my friends by playing the seatbelt chime over the car speakers when giving them a lift somewhere. I just wanted to further the effect by combining it with the graphic and allowing myself to play the sound in it a more sophisticated manner than by playing it from my phone notification sounds.

I created a version. It's a fullscreen app only with the images. They will switch and play the sound.
