Root Help With After Root

Hello all, After few months of dealing with root failures finally my phone is root. I did it using z4root, i can see superuser there. so im root. Now my question is how do i start deleting stock app? help please

Guys, I am a noob when it come to root so please be patient. My phone is rooted already and also I already removed some app too. Now, people talk about flash custom rom, Whats the benefit of having this? and what is the best Rom out there for this phone?

There's no more metro bloatware taking up space in your phone.
You can overclock with most custom ROMs, meaning you can make the processor work faster. There are themes and endless root things.

I install CyanogenMod 7, been running for couple days already with only one problem, The navigation by google maps is not working right. I have 3 optimus M only this one is rooted, In the other two is working perfect so obviously the problem is when i flashed the phone, Any help???

Did you flash BACKside? Or some other ROM? Can you link the one you flashed?

I flashed with cm7 since the gps didnt work I went ahead and flashed with Backside, But with Backside I notice that Incoming calls not go through, After reboot same problem So I went back to cm7. If I can fix that about incoming calls I will go back to Backside. Hey also i have an optimus m that is already rooted but it is a 2.2, (Not 2.2.2) Will any of this Rom work as well.
