Root Swapping phone accounts..

So I picked up a Evo V 4G for myself, and want to give my old triumph to my younger sister. She too has a VM account and I figured I'd call in and try to swap numbers. It's running TG-Reloaded 3-25-2012. I gave it a factory reset to wipe my google account and such from it, and all that's done.

I tried to call in to VM to do a quick phone swap, but I can't get into the VM menus (##847446#, ##6343#) and the call turned a little awkward. I quickly spouted some nonsense about the battery running out of charge and decided to come here. I want to know if there are any other ways to get into these menus to change activation settings, or will I have to go back into stock for this?

You will have to load stock to get to those menus.
