Tmobile with alot of questions.

Okay. Before I begin I would just like to say that I am in the market for a new phone so all info will be greatly appreciated in my decision making.

Basically, I'm with tmobile and what I need is a app or device that will allow me to know what phone calls are being called to my cell # and what phone calls are coming in from my business number that is forwarded to my cell.
I found 1 app called "forwarded call alert" by: georg lukas. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any other apps similar and/or better. The reviews didn't look to good for this app and if this is the only app, what phone out of the choices for that app seem to be the best phone.

Here is a list of the phones that are compatible with this app although I think I would much rather have a better app considering the reviews people have left about this app.
Samsung Galaxy S II (original)
★ Samsung Galaxy S (original)
★ CyanogenMod 5, 7 (probably all AOSP ROMs)
★ HTC Desire HD (original 2.3.3)
★ HTC Sensation (original 2.3.4)
★ HTC Wildfire S (original 2.3.3)
★ LG Optimus Black (original, 2.2.2)
★ Motorola Defy (MIUI 2.3.5)
★ Motorola Defy+ (original 2.3.4)
★ ZTE Blade (original 2.2.2)

okay! Crashdamage, thank you for (unwittingly I assume) introducing me to google voice. Thank you Dan33 for giving me the idea to be very thorough with looking at all the details. It is going to workout well. Crash, what I did was set the incoming calls to only show my google # and then I put in the name of my business this way it is telling me its a company call. This simple detail has saved me from having to purchase another line and phone and I can now set my phone to let the google # have it's own ringtone and so on. You guys have been great with helping me. I hope this little delemma I had will help others. It does exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again!

The only setting is to show your google voice number on incoming calls, not the number it is calling to.
Exactly. What you can then do is put the google# in your address bookas your business name. What this does is keep business andpersonal seperate. Now when I see its my google # I answer it the same as I would my office phone.

If I understand this correctly, it doesn't work like I want. Won't let me see who is calling using my business number, only that they used that number to call. I want to know both which of my numbers was called and who is calling.

Still looking for a way to do this...
