Create "Play/Pause" and "Next" shortcut (1x1 each)? OR Music controls on lock screen?

Hey guys,

I'm hoping for some pointers. I simply want two buttons.. nothing more, to allow me to control my music.

I know, I know. "Why not just use the music widget?" Cause it's ugly (in my opinion). And too bulky. lol

With Bettercut, I'm aware that you can create your own shortcut, but you have to have the source code or some sort of blahblah.androidaction.blah in order to create it. I'm just curious if I could use that or if there's something out there that's better.
I don't need to know the artist or the song that's playing, I just,... well, I miss the days of double clicking my home button and hitting next or stop with my iPhone. That's what it boils down to. So, if there's a way to get the music controls on the lock screen... well, that would even be better!

Anyone have some suggestions? I have searched and searched for some sort of resolution, but it's been to no avail. Or, I could have just been searching for the wrong thing...

(Currently have the Moment.. praying for 2.1 to heal these music and no live wallpaper woahs)

as opposed to holding down the home key to get to the music app and hitting next or stop on android...
i do get where you're coming from (not iphone, the yearn), but it seems to me like a widget wouldn't shorten the process all that much

I know it prolly does not help ya a lot, but my hero has the controls on the lock screen, must have something to do with sense!

Boo Sense. lol

I tried Lock 2.0, but it's a pain. Continues to freeze and lag. Not worth it...

Simply aggravating, if you asked me. Too bad you can't pull features from Sense and put it on the Moment cooked 2.1 rom. :[
