Someone please explain to me how to correctly partition my SD card with CT mod 3.75.2. Apparently I'm not doing it right...

FIRST : COPY CONTENT OF YOUR SD-CARD TO COMPUTER !!!!!

Once CTMod3.75.2 is installed, go to :

Settings>>>CTMod Settings>>>Partition settings

For example to set up : FAT / ext4 / swap

There, you would slide the top slider ( FAT )a little to your left
Then select "ext4" and set the slider to what your needs are....like 1GB
Then select on the next slider "swap" and set it to 500MB - 1GB...
Finally, slide the "top slider" (FAT) all the way to the right..... and start the partitioning/formatting process.... Then reboot and copy the sd-content from your computer back to sd-card !

On a 8GB card, you would have ( approx. ) FAT = 6GB / ext4 = 1GB / swap = between 500MB and 1GB !!!

Hope this helps.....

You need to click the data box and then go back cwm and formatt the partitions then reboot. Also a good idea with a big card is to make a fat/ext4/ext4/and swap so if ever want to do ssm or if something else comes up you will have extra already there.

Thank you guys so much for your help. Finally got it fixed. I was missing the whole switching to data in the kernel settings. Got it now. So far I've got 1.6 gig internally. I've got a 32gb SD card though so I was thinking about pushing more internally! But how far size wise would you stop at and consider too much or unsafe? I'm used to my Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 with 8gig internally...been kinda babied with that compared to what this was stock. And I was wanting to put CoPilot GPS on here which takes 800mb of internal space...which BTW is the best offline GPS EVER...and its FREE!
