ok so if someone could try this, from a non rooted rom find a way to run sh scripts, i dont know how myself but if you can find a way that would be great

https://www.dropbox.com/s/63nd3gdh8g0qm3r/rooting.zip

run them one at a time, rebooting after each one
and hopefully that should give you root after the third reboot

edit: ok apparently the terminal emulator will allow running of sh scripts, you may have to chmod them
chmod a+x /sdcard/1.sh
do it for each of the three
then cd to sdcard
and just type 1.sh and it should run the first file

alternatively rom toolbox or toolkit i dont remember its exact name but it runs scripts, any method to run scripts should work really

edit 2: ok i guess you gotta do some trickery
youll have to do some fancy footwork to make it function without busybox apparently

use the instructions on this page if you want to try it out, i dont know what else to do tho ive been staring at code for hours and im exhausted, my brain no work no good no more

http://kevinboone.net/android_nonroot.html

the img file that i posted forst is the stock recovery, that you have to flash using one of the manual methods just like you would have done with cwm had i not made the auto installer
the instructions for that are on my thread
http://androidforums.com/warp-sequent-all-things-root/669226-cwm-6-v-2b.html

the second link i posted is the actual zip to flash but you have to be running the stock recovery and you have to NOT be rooted, that is why i said to run the zte update tool because that will unroot you

alright well hey, these scripts might work if you can manage to make them run somehow, maybe rom toolbox, i dunno, running scripts on an unrooted phone isnt something i know anything about
https://www.dropbox.com/s/63nd3gdh8g0qm3r/rooting.zip
make sure you unzip it to the root of your sd card, then run the scripts one at a time rebooting after each one, after you have run the third one and rebooted for the third time you should have root

im sure there is, i was just exhausted and i had been racking my brain on like 10 different projects all day. the only thing is, this guy doesnt have busybox, so terminal would even work if they had busybox just wouldnt have superuser, and the scripts should function. i copied and pasted line for line everything in the root batch, so it runs all the same exact commands, just without a computer involved

yes, there are three scripts and a folder with the necessary files in it, you have to unzip them directly to the sd card, and just to let you know there is great risk involved in this, if something should go wrong, if my programming is off, there is a chance it will screw up your phone, so proceed with caution.

and you HAVE to follow my directions EXACTLY
the scripts and files folder must be directly in the /sdcard/ folder, anywhere else and it will break your phone
you have to run 1.sh, then reboot
run 2.sh, then reboot
3.sh, then reboot
after that it will either be rooted, or broken, or nothng will have happened at all. but if it helps put your mind at ease you cant break the phone if the hack to temporarily gain root doesnt work, and if that works it should work fine

err, wait hold on let me look at how it should be set up...
nope, there shouldnt be a rooting folder, if it created a folder thats not where its supposed to be. the sh files and the readme should all be directly on the sd card not in a folder at all. and inside the zip along with them is a folder called files

and the first program i linked to doesnt require root, im just not sure if it requires busybox

SH Script Runner allows you to execute sh script on your Android device. You can load and save scripts and execute them using superuser previleges (if root is availiable).

thats the description so it will run without root it just cant run the scripts as root which we arent trying to do
