Look at 2nd post from beginning. It says final version. The gapps is under baked downloads same post

Ok one more question i clicked final version and downloaded but under it its says you need gapps . When i go to download page theres two both say inverted does it matter which one i download?

Don't worry about it. You never learn if you don't ask. Use the first inverted gapps for 4.1.2
