It is pretty quiet around these parts..

ROM development isn't on Nexus or S3 levels, but it is there, and I don't think anyone would expect that anyway. I'd think once the Deluxe is released for the rest of the world, things will pick up. Depending on when the M7 is released and how similar it is, might get some additional development there too. AOSP is also being worked on as well.

All that being said, this phone is the best I've owned just de-Sensed with a custom kernel.

As a general rule though, purchase a phone because you like it as is, otherwise you kinda set yourself up for disappointment..

Unfortunately, slow aosp development is the price we pay for 20+mbps LTE speeds  the dual radio in vzw's LTE devices is complex and takes devs a while.to figure out.

Bluetooth is keeping resound aosp from.being useable or me... Like ibrick I've been running stock desensed for quite some time now. :)

I dont think the OP issue is with the small amount of ROMS available just that no one has created a thread here at androidforums yet. He stated he liked this forum better, and I agree with him.

XDA is nice, but users there are a lot more rude and I personally like the guides and mods better here. This is a fun experience here and that is what the OP seems to like.

Any chance there will be a ROMs thread created here linking to the ROMs at XDA and rootwiki so the users here dont run away? lol

i agree completely... last time i accidentally voiced(typed) some comments on xdas users they were tastfully edited out by a mod

i always personally try quick help without ridicule, flaming or rudeness, and im sure the rest of the staff shares those same goals.

as for the lack of posting here,we unfortunately cant make the devs post their work in any one place,lol... but as users we can all help by starting a thread linking the rom,and sharing some thots of it,if weve used it. :)

I was under the impression that we could have a single thread with the a list of ROMS that when clicked go to their XDA thread, is that not the case anymore?

Just like this?

It looks like we already have one, with our sticky, it just hasn't been updated to include what roms are out.

Sure we can have a current roms thread. However, those threads are a ton of work to maintain and keep current. If you(or anyone)wants to start and maintain it,go for it,and well link it in the sticky.

My only prollem is that when the op moves on to a new device, the list tends to stagnate and users become fustrated with the out of date links(check out the rezound forum)

Whether or not we have a current roms thread,we can have individual rom threads. I'm on my phone so I can't link it,but check out cdma evo3d atr :)

edit:
http://androidforums.com/cdma-evo-3d-all-things-root/

i like how they share threads outside of the ATR sticky, and they also have a great list of what roms are compatble with what firmware(tho thats not an issue here)
