Hi,
I have Sprint Note2. Android 4.1.1

How can I move ( relocation ) my phone-memory installed application to external SD card.

My phone is 16gb and has only about 5gb left.
I have SD card installed - 64gb

which application will move my applications to SD card.

I tried few free and few purchased ( wasted my money ) but, still cannot move it

like

Apps to SD Pro
and
Move Apps

Is Samsung killing us, or Sprint or Android.... ? that we simply cannot move nor install in external SD card....

Your input, thought, guidelines much more appreciated.

The design motive is to allow media (pics, movies, etc) to not clog up the internal memory ("sdcard") and be automatically shunted to the card you have in the slot ("extsdcard"), allowing for the apps and their apk files etc to work together unfragmented, etc in the internal memory.

Thus, moving apps to the external sd card is not allowed in the Note 2.

You can put whatever files you want on the sd card. Just use any file manager app.

What you can no longer do is move apps. Google have moved away from sd cards, and while Samsung still make them available for those who want removable storage the current Android OS no longer includes that feature (which only ever moved part of the app).
