Weather widget problem, pls help.

Hi.


I've saw the 'weather widget smoked glass', and tried to find this at the market. When I search for 'weather widget' i get these:

weather widget default
weather widget HUD toggle
weather widget glass toggle

Now, the information says "androidapps toggle skin, don't download if you don't have 'Weather & Toggle Widget'

Search 'Weather & Toggle Widget' or ' weather widget donate' on the market or go lock20.wordpress.com.


First of all, when I serach those strings in the market, I get the same hits as above. Now, I tried the 'Weather widget - Free' application, and that was wrong.

I've searched for 'Beautiful widgets', but find nothing.

Do I need an external application called 'weather widget donate' or something, or am I supposed to use the native 'News and weather' application on my Nexus One? In that case, how do I find/get it?

App that are developped for a version of android above what you have canno't be see on the market.

So if you have let say android 1.5 on your phone you will not have acces to any app for 1.6 and up.

You do need to use another weather widget app. Noot the stock one.

When I try the link, through the android browser and also the barcode scanner, the market can't find the application. It tells me to check the spelling and so on. Now, someone said that some applications aren't available in certain countries, like Japan and some other. I live in Norway. My Nexus One had to be purchased from the U.S, but most other android phones are sold in Norway.

Is it possible that i can't find this because its not available in Norway??

I DL it through a torrent, and now it works actually. Nice.

I DL two versions:
2.03 and 1.46

In the 1.46 version, there is a shortcut to the BW in the apps tray/menu. In the 2.03 version, there isn't.

The 1.46 however, does not load anything when you tap on the clock widget in the home screen. The 2.03 loads a forecast with two buttons at the bottom, refresh and settings.

None of them offer any option(s) to apply a skin. Just format, location and some aHome thing.

But you're saying that I need to pay/donate or whatever, to get this option in my settings?

If so, how do I actually do this?
